General betting rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. It is not possible to cancel a bet after confirmation, except in the game modes and within the time windows specified in each product's rules.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets are fully refunded to the account balance.
• The official outcome of bets is determined by the final result of the event as published by the relevant governing body (CBF for Brasileirão and Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL for Libertadores, etc.).
